    The City of Kimberley has officially launched a new Business Retention & Expansion (BR & E) survey. The City wants to better understand the future plans and needs of local businesses and how business owners/managers view Kimberley as a place to do business.

    The information from the survey will be used to plan future economic development activities focused on the top priorities of the local businesses. Businesses are encouraged to participate in the telephone survey and since selection is random, you may be contacted between January 16th and February 4th. For more information click here.

    To better align with the changes happening in our local business community the Kimberley & District Chamber of Commerce is undergoing a full restructure. Part of that restructuring is reviewing all agreements and re-strategizing to fully support our thriving business environment. We are dedicated to continuing to work with our members and key stakeholders to provide an exceptional level of support and services to our business community. Stay tuned as we roll out our new strategic plans and initiatives for 2019.

We can help! Taking Care of Business is offering microgrants for small infrastructure, healthy projects, and other creative ideas to help promote healthy workplaces. Preference will be given to projects with long-lasting, sustainable impact.     Cash Mob Kimberley will showcase local businesses in our community with a FLASH boost of sales, visibility and excitement! Mobsters have fun, meet new people, and spend $20 on products they want while building the local economy. The shopping location is TOP SECRET until the event!

    The Kimberley Winter "Flannel Fest" is happening Feb. 15th and 16th in the Platzl!

    Friday night "Snow Rave" will light up the platzl with music and laser lights and Saturday will be a day of games, vendors, music, races through the platzl and much more! Flannel wearing is encouraged!
